Cadastre plan is a document, which identifies cadastre and graphic characteristics of the land tract. It contains information on cadastre code, area, configuration and characteristics of the land, also coordinate net, buildings/constructions (including under contraction) attached to the land , including information on the floors of the building, also information on registered rights and restrictions attached to the land tract (except line structures based on the land).
Cadastre plan of a line structure is a document, which identifies cadastre and graphic characteristics of the constructions. It contains information on cadastre code, the area or length, configuration, characteristics, coordinate net, point object as well as information on registered rights and restrictions attached to the constructions.

Drafting the hard-copy of cadastre plan
Drafting the hard-copy of cadastre plan implies issuance of the document (hard-copy) by National Agency of Public Registry on the cadastre and graphic characteristics of land and construction.
Cadastre plan contains information on a tract of land and constructions valid for the moment of its drafting.

When does it become necessary to draft hard-copy of cadastre plan?
Cadastre plan should be drafted when an interested person wishes to obtain information on cadastre and graphic characteristics of the registered tract of land and/or line structure.

Whom is the service of drafting the hard-copy of cadastre plan intended for?
This service is intended for any person, who wishes to receive the document (hard-copy) on the information on cadastre and graphic characteristics of a specific tract of land and/or line structure.

Where should I apply to obtain the hard-copy of cadastre plan?
To obtain the hard-copy of the cadastre plan, please refer to Public Service Hall or the appropriate territorial office and submit the following documentation:
• Application;
• Proof of identity document;
• A service fee payment confirmation document (payment might be done on the spot);
If you are a representative of an interested party, additionally, you need to submit a duly attested power of attorney and proof of identity document of the interested person.
Cadastre plan is drafted at the moment of registration of the ownership rights on immovable property and/or changes to the cadaster data if there is no registered right on the immovable item and in case of the specified cadaster data – at the moment of the relevant request and payment of the service fee.
The data on the cadastre plan or map is entered by mechanical or electronic means.
Cadastre plan is not issued if the cadastre data of the land tract are unspecified. For the purposes of registration, specified cadastre data of immovable property means cadastre information drafted and secured at Public Registry in accordance with the Georgian legislation and the instruction. In any other circumstances the cadastre data shall be considered as unspecified.
On case by case basis, additional documentation or information may be requested to make a decision on the given case.

On the day of application - 26 GEL

The term begins on the second day of application registration and ends on the last day of the term. If the last day of the term coincides with holidays or weekends, the last day of the term is the following business day.

In accordance with Georgian law on "Public Registry", if the applicant is National Bank of Georgia, the state or self-government unit this service is made free of charge.
